All I can say is, I’ve only pretty much owned Chevys and
All I can say is, I’ve only pretty much owned Chevys and I’ve pretty much only done business with Fagan Chevrolet, Bob, Clapper, and now Kaiser. Last five or six vehicles that I purchased. I can safely say that I will be a loyal customer to Frank Bouche moving forward due to how I was treated at your dealership. You guys actually absolutely Rock. Jeremiah was absolutely amazing and I totally would work with him again. However, after the fact, I found out that Michael still works there, which I did not know when I came in otherwise I would’ve had to have worked with him due to the fact that he has a family friend that I’ve known for so so long. That being said, I have nothing bad to say about the experience I had with you folks.

Deciding on a car and ultimately purchasing one through Frank Boucher of Janesville was a pleasant experience. I considered many different cars before deciding on the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Cameron listened and always had the vehicles I was interested in ready to go. Ryan shares some of my enthusiasm for cars and had an intelligent perspective on different things. Finishing up the purchase and delivery was also easy. Shout out to Jericho too, as she always is great to work with on the few occasions are VWs have needed service.

I went in head strong looking to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L model for my wife and family. We had a 2018 Expedition with the normal engine issues that kept coming back. We owed more than what the truck was worth and just needed a dealership to work with me to put my family in a safe reliable vehicle. I looked online and came across Boucher Dodge and figured i would give them a call. I ended up talking to a gentleman named Randy Ludlum. We discussed the situation and made an appointment to come in and see what we could work out. Randy and the team tried there hardest to get me into a Jeep Grand Cherokee L though it just wasn't working out Randy then mentioned about a Volkswagen. I have always been a domestic car/truck person and was very resistant to the idea. Randy went back to work on trying to get me into the Jeep. It wasn't working so Randy came back and said to me just take a look at one and go from there. He mentioned VW has a lot of great incentives right now and we may be able to get a brand new safe a family car on budget. In my mind I came to buy a Jeep not a VW Atlas. lol Well he kept saying, I'm here to help you get into a good vehicle and out of this situation with your current vehicle. Never and I mean NEVER was Randy nor his team pushy at any time and that means a lot to me. Long story short, I ended up taking a brand-new Atlas home to my family and my wife is a very happy wife. Patrick is a fantastic salesman. We bought our last van from him and it was used. We want back to Patrick to buy our new Pacifica. He kept us up to date on when the van would be arriving. He is very honest and straight forward. He took the time to get our phones GPS/van ready. He treated me (a female) with respect. I have found in the past that doesn't always happen with a car salesman. The dealership/repair shop is also a great place to take your car after 3 accidents in one year! They did a beautiful job on repairing the old used van and when we had a exhaust problem, they brought in a person from the company to figure out what was wrong. I have always been a Chevy person, but now I will think twice about it. Thanks Patrick

Stopped at the dealership a couple times before seeing
Stopped at the dealership a couple times before seeing the vehicle. Wasn’t acknowledged 2 times and as I was leaving I saw a bunch of sales persons tucked around the back of the building, had to ask to talk to a salesman.. that was my first impression of the dealership. When I finally spoke to a salesman he was great, did a test drive, I liked the vehicle although I felt the braking was shakey, I purchased the vehicle with them agreeing to look and fix any braking issue. Had the vehicle 2 days then i got my first check engine light, I sent a not so nice message to my salesman because I was really upset. I spent good money on this vehicle to have a check engine light 2 days into it. He responded very unprofessionally with the same attitude I gave him but he is a representative of the company and I was a purchaser that feels like if I’m buying a vehicle from a dealership it should be inspected for any major issues and those be fixed before selling said vehicle. He told me there could be thousands of reasons a check engine like could pop.. I sure hope not on a vehicle I’m dropping 40000 on.. he did tell me I could bring it in and get it checked out when I had time. A week or 2 passed and I encountered 2 more check engine lights less than a month into ownership. I had a day where I got off work at a decent time and took it in and the service team was great, they hooked it up found the issue which was a big one indeed! Not just a minor check engine light for one of a thousand reasons.. now it’s in the shop waiting on inspection before my warranty claim gets approved and I get my vehicle fixed and returned. I do believe they would make the problem right if I didn’t get the warranty but who knows.. the vehicle was on the lot for almost 100 days and it’s hard to believe 2 days after I purchased it is the first time they saw that check engine light for that issue.

Randy and the team tried there hardest to get me into a Jeep Grand Cherokee L though it just wasn't working out Randy then mentioned about a Volkswagen. I have always been a domestic car/truck person and was very resistant to the idea. Randy went back to work on trying to get me into the Jeep. It wasn't working so Randy came back and said to me just take a look at one and go from there. He mentioned VW has a lot of great incentives right now and we may be able to get a brand new safe a family car on budget. In my mind I came to buy a Jeep not a VW Atlas. lol Well he kept saying, I'm here to help you get into a good vehicle and out of this situation with your current vehicle. Never and I mean NEVER was Randy nor his team pushy at any time and that means a lot to me. Long story short, I ended up taking a brand-new Atlas home to my family and my wife is a very happy wife. This dealership is hit or miss. I bought new tires and I expected them to be clean and look nice since there “new” what I received was gross, rusted tires… they had a orangeish dust on them and I was told it would come off. After months of car washes and trying to clean the tires myself it still is on the tires, I contacted Richard and he said he would do digging for me, I didn’t hear anything for a month so I called again which he stated he is still “looking into it” it’s been over 5 months and not a phone call back which goes to show he was hoping I go away. I’ve been having shifting/transmission problems ever since I last got it serviced at Franks for oil pan and hose replacement. After bringing it in multiple times just for them to say nothing is wrong yet charge me an arm and a leg for nothing I’m absolutely tired of wasting my money. On top of that oil changes cost over $100 bucks now for a car?? Plus they didn’t even top off my coolant or wind shield wiper fluid…. Clowns work here. Time to be going else where that my time and money will be valued. Then they contacted dealer review to complain to get my review deleted because it’s obviously working.

This was our first time buying from Frank Boucher. The entire staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly . Made the entire purchasing of a vehicle very enjoyable. We definitely will come back to this dealership for additional vehicles. The best experience we have ever had buying a car.

My vehicle has been in 4 times for the same problem of leaking oil, Kurt says for every time they had to put a new plug in and charges me $100 for that then it breaks again with two weeks and I have to pay again? I don't think so! They never have loaners available for the customer and expect you to be vehicle less the entire day. The service manager talks about customer service is his main priority but doesn’t return phone calls, really shows how much they care. I have had way better service at other dodge dealerships than this one that’s for sure. (Stoughton, Madison).

Stopped at the dealership a couple times before seeing
Stopped at the dealership a couple times before seeing the vehicle. Wasn’t acknowledged 2 times and as I was leaving I saw a bunch of sales persons tucked around the back of the building, had to ask to talk to a salesman.. that was my first impression of the dealership. When I finally spoke to a salesman he was great, did a test drive, I liked the vehicle although I felt the braking was shakey, I purchased the vehicle with them agreeing to look and fix any braking issue. Had the vehicle 2 days then i got my first check engine light, I sent a not so nice message to my salesman because I was really upset. I spent good money on this vehicle to have a check engine light 2 days into it. He responded very unprofessionally with the same attitude I gave him but he is a representative of the company and I was a purchaser that feels like if I’m buying a vehicle from a dealership it should be inspected for any major issues and those be fixed before selling said vehicle. He told me there could be thousands of reasons a check engine like could pop.. I sure hope not on a vehicle I’m dropping 40000 on.. he did tell me I could bring it in and get it checked out when I had time. A week or 2 passed and I encountered 2 more check engine lights less than a month into ownership. I had a day where I got off work at a decent time and took it in and the service team was great, they hooked it up found the issue which was a big one indeed! Not just a minor check engine light for one of a thousand reasons.. now it’s in the shop waiting on inspection before my warranty claim gets approved and I get my vehicle fixed and returned. I do believe they would make the problem right if I didn’t get the warranty but who knows.. the vehicle was on the lot for almost 100 days and it’s hard to believe 2 days after I purchased it is the first time they saw that check engine light for that issue.

I can safely say that I will be a loyal customer to Frank Bouche moving forward due to how I was treated at your dealership. You guys actually absolutely Rock. Jeremiah was absolutely amazing and I totally would work with him again. However, after the fact, I found out that Michael still works there, which I did not know when I came in otherwise I would’ve had to have worked with him due to the fact that he has a family friend that I’ve known for so so long. That being said, I have nothing bad to say about the experience I had with you folks.
