I recently had the opportunity to work with several
I recently had the opportunity to work with several individuals at [Dealership Name], and I would like to share my experience. Jeremiah Jacobs was helpful and straightforward in assisting me with selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Eric Schuhmacher, the Sales Manager, was also accommodating and transparent, demonstrating a willingness to negotiate the price of the vehicle. However, I had concerns regarding the actions of Nathan Diederich, the Finance Manager. While he was able to secure a reasonable interest rate, I was disappointed to find that numerous add-ons were included without clear disclosure, significantly increasing the cost. Unfortunately, his handling of these add-ons reflects the kind of behavior that contributes to a negative reputation for dealerships. On a positive note, Rocio Medina, a colleague of Nathan’s, was helpful in attempting to address and resolve the situation concerning these unauthorized add-ons. Additionally, I encountered a discrepancy regarding the price I had negotiated with the Sales Manager, which was not reflected in the paperwork provided. While they assured me they would address this issue, I am currently in the process of filling out the necessary cancellation forms. At this point, my experience has left me hesitant to do business with this dealership again unless they can fully correct the situation. Trust is essential, and I would need significant reassurance before considering any future transactions or service work here. I hope the dealership takes the necessary steps to remedy the issues at hand, as I would prefer to avoid escalating the situation further. I genuinely hope they can address these concerns and work to restore my confidence in their business practices.

I can safely say that I will be a loyal customer to Frank Bouche moving forward due to how I was treated at your dealership. You guys actually absolutely Rock. Jeremiah was absolutely amazing and I totally would work with him again. However, after the fact, I found out that Michael still works there, which I did not know when I came in otherwise I would’ve had to have worked with him due to the fact that he has a family friend that I’ve known for so so long. Working with them was a good experience. I have always been leary of who and where I should purchase a vehicle from and I'm glad that I ended up with them. More specifically, JJ. I never felt pressured to buy. The test drive went well, any questions I had JJ answered for me. I knew that I wanted the vehicle after the test drive and i was driving it home as soon as I put my money down. I highly recommend!

Full disclosure. I need to take some responsibility in this as well as I didn't initially read over the contract when it was presented to me on 12/13 by the finance manager. Upon reviewing the contract in the comfort of my own home, I noticed that there were warranties added to the purchase of my vehicle totaling over $8K. Orignally discussed at the dealership, I was told that one of the warranties that were included was a GM warranty at a cost of as I was purchasing a used GMC. Stupid me. That was the first contract that was written. After noticing the discrepancies that were never discussed and added to my contract, I emailed and called the dealership for an explanation and without an explanation, they agreed to rewrite the contract. On 12/18, I drove back down to the dealership to sign the contract again removing the warranties that were outrageously overpriced and never discussed for what they truly were. On 01/07/25, I met with them yet again as they incorrectly dated the paperwork backdating the contract to the original delivery date. Apparently, it needed to be dated the day it was rewritten, WHICH I brought to the finance manager's attention while we were completing the paperwork on the second go around. Buyers - Please always review the contracts that are in front of you. I am grateful that I reviewed them. Had I not I would have been charged over 8k more than what I was expecting.

We found the vehicle through CarGurus. The process was, with the exception of a miscommunication on one payment type accepted, very straight forward. Jeremiah was very real and easy to work with. As we were driving a couple of hours, it required some flexibility, and Jeremiah was very accommodating. We were treated very respectfully when we arrived and throughout the process. Rocio in the financial department was especially lovely and personable, and the entire purchase went smoothly. The van was in the exact shape it was advertised as and was a great deal. I went in head strong looking to buy a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L model for my wife and family. We had a 2018 Expedition with the normal engine issues that kept coming back. We owed more than what the truck was worth and just needed a dealership to work with me to put my family in a safe reliable vehicle. I looked online and came across Boucher Dodge and figured i would give them a call. I ended up talking to a gentleman named Randy Ludlum. We discussed the situation and made an appointment to come in and see what we could work out. Randy and the team tried there hardest to get me into a Jeep Grand Cherokee L though it just wasn't working out Randy then mentioned about a Volkswagen. I have always been a domestic car/truck person and was very resistant to the idea. Randy went back to work on trying to get me into the Jeep. It wasn't working so Randy came back and said to me just take a look at one and go from there. He mentioned VW has a lot of great incentives right now and we may be able to get a brand new safe a family car on budget. In my mind I came to buy a Jeep not a VW Atlas. lol Well he kept saying, I'm here to help you get into a good vehicle and out of this situation with your current vehicle. Never and I mean NEVER was Randy nor his team pushy at any time and that means a lot to me. Long story short, I ended up taking a brand-new Atlas home to my family and my wife is a very happy wife. I can safely say that I will be a loyal customer to Frank Bouche moving forward due to how I was treated at your dealership. You guys actually absolutely Rock. Jeremiah was absolutely amazing and I totally would work with him again. However, after the fact, I found out that Michael still works there, which I did not know when I came in otherwise I would’ve had to have worked with him due to the fact that he has a family friend that I’ve known for so so long. That being said, I have nothing bad to say about the experience I had with you folks.
