Working with them was a good experience. I have always been leary of who and where I should purchase a vehicle from and I'm glad that I ended up with them. More specifically, JJ. I never felt pressured to buy. The test drive went well, any questions I had JJ answered for me. Full disclosure. I need to take some responsibility in this as well as I didn't initially read over the contract when it was presented to me on 12/13 by the finance manager. Upon reviewing the contract in the comfort of my own home, I noticed that there were warranties added to the purchase of my vehicle totaling over $8K. Orignally discussed at the dealership, I was told that one of the warranties that were included was a GM warranty at a cost of as I was purchasing a used GMC. Stupid me.
